Volunteers Click here for volunteer application forms LIT What is a LIT ("light")? if you are between the ages of 15-17 (grades 10 & up) you can find out. The Leaders-In-Training program is a training event in leadership, communication, conflict management, devotion and worship planning and other lifetime skills. You will also learn and experience work in all the camp areas - kitchen, maintenance and program. A weekend pre-training event June 1-3, 2012 is the first phase of the training period that continues over two weeks in the summer. This is a pre-requisite for all volunteers. Maximum 12 people.
