I have been Executive Director for 20 years so obviously love camp! My passion for outdoor ministry shows in my work if I’m training staff, playing guitar at campfires, riding my bike in the bikeathon or doing the eco challenge, planning fundraising events, preaching at worship, writing reports or letters, managing conflict, creating the newsletters or washing dishes! My husband Rick and daughters MacKinley and Eden have their second home at camp where they too have made some life-long friends and treasure camp experiences in God’s wilderness. |

I have worked at Luther Village for over 10 years! I grew up as part of the Luther Village family. Both my parents worked at camp, then had a seasonal site during the summer months for a number of years. I had a passion for Luther Village at a very young age watching the staff and waiting for the day that I could be one myself. I started out as a Kitchen Assistant, then went on to be a Jr. Program Leader and Assistant Lifeguard in 2003. In 2004, I moved to the office as Office Assistant which lead to a promotion to Guest Services Coordinator which lead to Assistant Director in 2010. I now enjoy working & being silly with the staff, singing/playing guitar at campfires & visiting with the campers. Oh ya and getting a tan! |
