Open House & Bus Day Trip Time On Saturday June 19, we are holding our 4th annual Open House and Bus Day Trip! Please let people know about this. Think of friends or family who may be wanting to experience camp themselves, for their kids, or their family but are wanting more information about camp...who would like to see it! The bus, which is a comfortable motor coach, is for first-timers to come out and experience camp for a day. The cost is $35/seat and includes lunch and BBQ supper at camp, as well as your choices of activities throughout the day, a tour of camp , and a campfire to end the day! You‟ll be back home by 10 PM. If you want to come out on your own, the cost is $5/person which also includes our BBQ supper! A great, inexpensive, time- commitment-of-only-a-day way to check out Luther Village! Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. What are you waiting for? Call Luther Village and register someone now!

Registration Information Registration and bookings begin on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 9 AM CST. No reservations will be taken before this time. Taking reservations for Family Camp and cabin rentals for the 2010 camping season (including spring and fall) Call the Luther Village office to book - 204.783.3337. Only one booking per phone call. A credit card is required at the time of booking (Visa or MasterCard only) MNO Synod members only until Monday, February 1, 2010 (Non members can book at that time) We look forward to taking care of you!

BUS TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:

Due to a large increase in our bus rates, new costs/policies are as follows:

25-35 people = $69 + GST Return Trip

36 + people = $65 + GST Return Trip

$40 + GST for a one way trip

• $30 non-refundable deposit required (will be refunded if Luther Village cancels transportation)
• Price to be confirmed 1 week prior to camp start date
• Bus will NOT run with less than 25 people. Transportation will then be your own responsibility. This will be confirmed one week prior to camp start date.
• If bus cancelled, first 10 registered have option of being transported by camp van at a discounted rate.
